its always good to have a break after a week of work...

that reminds me of the reflection for the orientation camp... =P

anyways...
i've been trying my best to catch up with the school work...

well...
it seems to be pretty ok...
il jus have to put in more time to read up those materials...

haha...
ghim siew brought up this point abt paying attention in lectures...
i felt that listening attentively to lectures and tutorials proved to be a useful tool in getting good grades...

yea...
its pretty true...

during the 1st term of school last yr, im still struggling with econs...
well...
bcos most of the time i've fallen asleep during lectures...
after consecutively failing my tests and exams i thought i need to review my study methods...
hence i put in the effort to listen during lectures...
it proven to be beneficial as i knew whats gg on for the topics of the subject...

so guys...
try not to fall asleep during lectures...
or rather its best that u could clear your doubts during tutorials if the lectures cant help...

yea...
cos sometimes its not within or control trying not to fall asleep during lectures...
there are several factors contributing to sleepiness...

1. the air-con is not working
2. lecturers' monotonous voice
3. last lesson of the day

here is a suggestion that might help you to keep awake during lectures...
that is to constantly remind urself that the lecture theatre is not a comfortable place to sleep cos there are no pillows...

im setting a bad example for the J1s...
hahahaha...

anyways...
enjoy the 1st 3 or rather 2 months J1s!!!
